Opt-Out and Help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or contact us to opt back in.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of SMS Consent
Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subprocessors (such as our SMS messaging platform provider) is used solely to deliver service-related communications on our behalf.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of the mobile number provided, or have permission from the account holder, to consent to receive text messages from us.

All plumbing services are subject to on-site inspection, technician availability, parts availability, and final scope confirmation. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting and may be revised once a technician has inspected the work area.
Appointment windows are best-effort and may shift due to emergencies, weather, or traffic. We will notify you of any material changes by phone or text. Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods disclosed at the time of service. Past-due balances may be subject to collection and reasonable collection-related costs to the extent permitted by law.
Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Workmanship and parts may carry a limited warranty as described on your invoice or work order. Except as expressly stated in writing, services and website content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlanta Plumbing & Drain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or SMS communications.
Prohibited Conduct
